Gender Evaluation


Knowing the gender of your customers may be beneficial to your general business or just for specific  promotional offers.

If so, then determining their gender can improve the precision of your marketing and the value of your management reporting, enabling you to make better business decisions.

Should a gender specific title (such as Mr, Mrs or Miss) be absent but a forename is present, then it can be matched against a Names Reference database for evaluation. An indicator flag will then be assigned to each person as follows:

  • Male
  • Female
  • Unknown 

To provide you with the best possible results, the Reference database takes account of unisex, gender neutral or androgynous names, nicknames and foreign names too. Here’s a few examples:
